Is there any real lobster in your drinks?
No! Just in the name. There’s absolutely no shellfish or seafood products used.
What products are sugar free?
Our Lemon Lime, Dragonfruit Guava, Strawberry Rhubarb, Melon, Grapefruit, Blackberry and Pear Ginger vodka sodas are all zero sugar and zero carbs.
Do your products have added sugar?
Our vodka sodas have no added sugar in them. The Blueberry Lemon and Sour Cherry Lime contain only the natural sugars found in the local fruits used, but there’s no added sugar or sweeteners to them. Our Rocket and Pink Lemonade products are part of our sweetened series, and do contain added sugar.
How come some vodka sodas are under 100 calories and yours are not?
This is due to the alcohol content! Our canned products are 6% alcohol by volume, bringing the calories to roughly 120 per 355mL can. Some products are 4 or 5% abv. And therefore contain less calories as a direct correlation to less alcohol.
Are all of your products gluten free?
Yes! All of our products are gluten free and vegan.
What is the base of your vodka?
Our Blue Lobster Vodka is made from a corn base, keeping the product gluten free.
Where are you located?
We are based in Pictou County, Nova Scotia. Our main production warehouse and public facility is located in Stellarton.
Why can't I get all flavours in all provinces?
Each province has their own liquor board, and unique processes for how they accept new products. We work with them for our product listings, and each province is different in terms of what they are looking for and what they have for space. We are always working hard to continue to expand and have more flavour on shelves!
Why can I not order vodka sodas online?
Due to the current license we have for our Vodka Sodas, we are unable to ship them out of province.

Shipping Information
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow for 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on location. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Canada.
Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
RETURN SHIPPING:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
