Fisherman's Helper White Rum

Agree with the other posters. What happened? This was my favourite rum. I've been drinking it since it hit the market and it used to be awesome. I loved the clear taste. Now, there is a sweet, almost cloying aftertaste that just doesn't cut it for a quality white rum. Maybe too much vanilla in those barrels? Definitely a step backwards. I'm currently struggling through a 40 oz of batch 238. Please bring back the old recipe.

Love this rum! Originally lived in Nova Scotia and moved to Alberta 2 years ago. Alberta does not sell this brand so I order it online and they ship it out to me within a week. Very exceptional service!

I agree with Scott Harrison and Sherry. Was my go to rum and then it changed. I was buying batches 229 and lower until I could no longer find it. I have unfortunately switched brands and so have several people I know. The new flavour reminds me of the taste of dark rum. Still good but not what I am looking for any longer.
