This craft blend of citrus, botanicals and juniper berries plays host to a complex and versatile gin. This botanical forward Gin’s flavour and aroma is attributed to juniper, rosemary, licorice root, angelica root, coriander and cardamom. The citrus notes coming from grapefruit, orange and lime offer a crisp refreshing finish. The intense aroma and flavour profile make this over-proofed gin perfect for cocktails, martini’s, mixed drinks or on it’s own.
BLUE LOBSTER VODKA
In a sea of large spirit producers, this small batch vodka stands out, similar to the rare blue lobsters found off our coastlines. Blue Lobster Vodka’s 100% grain base lends itself to a slightly sweet, very clean, incredibly neutral flavour profile. Our vodka’s premium quality comes from sourcing quality ingredients, while creating small batches with great care in Pictou County, Nova Scotia.
FISHERMANS HELPER WHITE RUM
Fisherman’s Helper White Rum is tailored perfectly for the Nova Scotian rum drinker. It stands up tall in a mixed drink and it’s sweetness allows it to be enjoyed on it’s own. The rich, sweet oak vanilla notes are attributed to the 2 years it spends in oak barrels in the Caribbean before making it’s way to Pictou County, where the barrels are blended, and brought from cask strength to bottle quality – ready to be enjoyed. A rum and coke drinkers’ new best friend.
